      Pros

      I have been working with R & D from 2013 to 2016. A good place for learner and experience person. Good work life balance , good manager and HOD. Experts in the field are around you and they will always motivate you.

      Cons

      Only the management and HR . They are hilarious and narrow minded.

      Work culture,decent brand,support from seniors,timely payment of salaries

      Cons

      No proper structure,Not a great brand as compared to others in telecom,Pay not so good as compared to industry standards(one main reason y people don't consider long term career here),Not a good presence in B2B segment as its mainly a channel driven company and presence into SMEs.
