      Well paid but poorly run company, particularly with the old guard still stuck in their ways

      Immediate boss and colleagues were great. Pay is well within market range.

      Cons

      Challenge is continuous upper management and direction of the company change. Working with colleagues at other plants can be a real challenge due to many still a part of the "old guard" and refuse to embrace change.

      Customer support needs to improve

      Pros

      Company benefits are still good- 401K matching is still great. Lots of smart people with long tenure work here.

      Cons

      Company needs to improve their customer support image- losing customers due to poor support. Since purchased by a private equity firm there is no real management plan to improve product line offering or improve customer support. Senior Management team is not stable- lots of turnover.

      Great benefits, great bonus' if the WHOLE team is aligned, Hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      No work life balance, barely a raise, you have a low title but do everything. (logistics, account management, upselling, tech sales, accounting). The pay did not represent all the hats I had to wear. You will work overtime because the demand is that high. No diversity. No way to move up in the company. They dont sponsor certifications.
