- Commision could lead to very high pay - Hourly is good - Management is good and willing to help if you ask - Product is high quality

Cons

- Most appointments that are set do not close - Have to drive own car and no reimbursement for mileage - Territory that you have to work in could be up to 2.5 hours away - Only paid once you enter a neighborhood and not payed when driving to territory - Most neighborhoods do not welcome solicitors

Does not actually 25 dollars an hour, I drove quite a distance to interview for this job and found out that after the first week or 2 you go down to 7.25 plus commission
