      Values. People. 4 day week. Support. Having moved on I have realised it’s rare to have these things in a company!

      Cons

      Sometimes tough to make the 4 day week work and manage work to fit around it but was totally worth it when you did.

      Strong sense of ownership in a genuinely employee-owned business, with clear opportunities to get involved beyond your day-to-day role. There’s good exposure to different parts of the business, and collaboration across teams is encouraged.

      As the business continues to evolve as an employee-owned company, some processes and ways of working are still developing.

      Pros

      Great prospects, encouraged to do your best work and given the support to do so. A fantastic team culture and a commitment to challenging the status quo. 4 day working week is fantastic and you are well looked after, both in remuneration and in the attitude of the company towards the team. Employee ownership is also another great factor.

      Cons

      I can honestly say for me there was not any cons working at SV.
