Pros

Great Franchise Owners to work with! Most of the staff are kind, hard-working people who really do care about doing a good job. There is free parking, free coffee, and a nice office building.

Cons

The Cons include: horrible corporate culture, tense atmosphere year-round, low compensation, bare minimum benefits, little recognition for good work or going the extra mile, written reprimands are the only form of job coaching or mentoring. Frequently, representations made to candidates during the interview process are misleading and incomplete.

Can Be Disorganized if Franchise Owners Do Not Understand the Business and Industry Standards. Schedules are not coordinated to minimize travel time and expenses. Not enough work for those who want more than a few hours. Some Owners Lack the Knowledge to Manage Properly.
