      Pros

      There are good people there wanting to better the lives of others and the FQHC community. Hardworking individuals will spend countless hours working overtime to fulfull the needs of their clients.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, selfish and downright terrible upper management, especially from the very top! The facade of a fun place to work is just that, fake. You are expected to make this place your life and they will take all they can until they don't feel you are needed. You are promised raises, bonus, work life balance, etc. and it never comes to past. Upper management will actually take pleasure in demeaning employees and will joke about it later on at lunch. Not a healthy or positive environment to work in. Worst job experience I ever had!

      Pros

      The co workers are awesome.

      Cons

      He needs to pay attention to his employees, He says he cares but when I was there I know of two people that were fighting Cancer and did their best to come to work every day, and instead of helping them out he helps the American Cancer Society. He has a good talk but when it comes down to it, that is what it is "Talk". "Karma" always comes around to get the ones that have done wrong. And I'm sure Karma will find Synergy. Also its all about numbers there not about the quality of the billing.

      Pros

      They seem to have a great dream and it all looks good on paper and social media. but their social media has nothing to do with the actual job.They had a corner of the market that no one else did.

      Cons

      The true day to day operations of the company do not match their core values that they tout at all meetings. The people making all the decisions have never billed a single claim and have no idea what is really going on with their clients.
