Pros
This is a very collaborative company that does amazing, extremely difficult work. These projects are difficult to execute and aren’t for the faint of heart. I’ve noticed that this tends to weed out team members that aren’t interested in working hard and doing whatever it takes to get there
Cons
Hard work especially if you don’t enjoy that sort of thing!

Pros
Very fast paced, fast growing company. Management shows that they really care about people and do their best by their employees. As with any growing company, there are some growing pains but any issues are quickly caught and taken care of. Very exciting to do unique and important projects all across the country. Keep up the good work!
Cons
As above, there are some growing pains and people get stretched thin at times but there is always support to make sure that these issues are only temporary.
