Very in depth, did 2 total meetings and flew me to their HQ. Very good negotiations and very flexible on figuring out a package that made sense. Finalized a package quickly. I appreciate the thoroughness.

The process was extremely long and HR never communicated with directors to properly understand roles and responsibilities. There is a large disconnect between expectations and actual responsibilities. HR made the experience very difficult and made me feel disrespected.
