      Synectic Solutions Inc. takes great pride in reviewing benefits for value to our team and remaing affordable. We provide great benefits at a rate that is more affordable than most of our peer companies. We are very clear on benefits cost during the hiring process, and in 2022 we covered an additional 10% of employee benefits increasing our share to 60% of employee benefits costs. Unfortunately sometimes there is a mismatch after hiring on required skills and expectations. I wish you success and happiness in every part of your life

      -Higher ups badmouth their employees -Hostile work environment -No training but high expectations -Turnover like a meatgrinder -You're easily replaceable if you're not putting up and hushing up
