      Java Developer Interview question

      Pros

      I got an offeer from Synechron. There were 2 rounds of Technical Interviews. 1st round was all about CORE JAVA technical questions on topics like multithreading, inheritance and abstraction, sorting and few logical questions 2nd round included quesstion on Spring and SQL. SQL questions were on Joins, triggers etc

      As of now I faced none.

      Pros

      For entry level this is a quit a good company. Hikes in Synechron is very for most of project.

      Cons

      Hike is not depend on how you work or how you perform. It may happen that you are in project and after hike when you see any of your friends hike who has been on bench doing nothing may have more hike than you.

      no "yes boss" type of setup in this company

      Pros

      I can freely tell my ideas. there is no problem if you do not agree on something with your managers. many times, i had given new suggestions, and many of these were not standard practise, but were accepted because they were effective in that particular situation.

      Cons

      company needs to do some change in what IT professionals think about company, when anyone say Synechron, others understand it as high salary paying company, no one thinks about the work culture and family life balance issues. company need to do something to change this perception
