Pros

Syncron is a solid place to work, especially if you value flexibility and a collaborative atmosphere. The hybrid and work-from-home policy is genuinely flexible, making it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance without micromanagement. The teams are supportive and professional, providing a great deal of autonomy to take ownership of your tasks without the unnecessary corporate drama.

Cons

The company has been going through quite a few organizational changes recently as it scales globally. Because of this fast-moving environment, cross-regional alignment across time zones can sometimes slow down workflows

Pros

I have had a great experience working at Syncron. The company gives you the opportunity to work on interesting technical challenges while making a real impact on the product. There is a good balance between ownership and collaboration, and people are generally approachable and willing to help. One of the things I appreciate most is the trust the company places in its employees. If you are proactive and take initiative, you will have plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and influence decisions. Working with global teams also provides great exposure and helps you develop both technically and professionally. The culture is supportive, and leadership is open to feedback. Like any fast-growing company, priorities can change from time to time, but teams work together to adapt and keep moving forward. The company encourages continuous learning, and there are opportunities to contribute to impactful initiatives and drive improvements.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, priorities and processes evolve to meet business needs. While this sometimes requires teams to adapt quickly, it also creates opportunities to learn, take ownership, and contribute to meaningful improvements.
