Not even a single point. I will not consider this as a company. No proper management. They don’t care as long as they are making money out of you. No one talks good or positive about the company even the existing employees. Their own sales and hr manager tells you it’s a useless company to work and they tell you to find another job and leave. employees who keep buttering or does favours to management team they will never be fired. Here your work or hard work doesn’t matter. If you are billed you are safe, else fired immediately. There are no proper projects or customers. The HW head will act as if he controls your life, he will talk as if he can do chip design ( he can’t even draw in paper) and push employees to work on weekends also or threatens to fire. If you resign your life will become hell, Post 90 days notice also they will work on the project or else threaten saying background check we will destroy you by bad feedback. Cases of people served 5 months notice because of these threats by HW head. The hw head is fully support by a coo who busy only making cash by driving employees as salves. The management thinks they are Gods, they do everything to make them self very rich
Cons
You don’t know when they will remove you. They won’t pay you properly after you join, no other benefits. You will wait to leave once you join. If you work in Synapse you won’t get jobs easily. Other companies know that their employees are useless. The really good people who join leave immediately. They will make your life hell. Everything is false, wrong here n corrupt , BEWARE ! Don’t ruin your life by joining here. STOP DO NOT JOIN.
