Pros
1) I developed many new and deep technical skills, I got to do projects from scratch 2) excellent compensation 3) flexible work hours 4) I have the peace of mind to know that if someone in my family is sick then I can simply message my team/HR that I will catch up on work later 5) it’s nice to get flowers on my birthday, and gifts on work anniversary. none of my previous employers did that . 6) no politics 7) excellent work place
Cons
HR can be more careful while hiring in India as it’s difficult to find professional candidates there and if we hire wrong ones then they spoil the company culture

Great learning experience, get to work with new technlogy, and get to experiment with new stuff. tech leads are very knowledgeable and always available. salaries always on time, in line with market, stocks also provided. performance divide in terms of performers and non performers (non performers crib on low bonuses obviously)
Cons
focus on technology risk leads to additional processes that makes dev work cumbersome at time. huge quality checks on output
