      Technical part of the solution is actively transitioning to a better microservice architecture. Interesting technical challenges and problems to solve.

      Cons

      Difficult to maintain the system stable while working on new business solutions. Feeling lack of manpower at times.

      Pros

      Taken in new CEO - some C-levels are nice, others not so much - so there is a commitment to putting the company in a better place but only to sell it.

      Cons

      Many actually, the product is one, the lack of structure, and inefficient processes and structure where there is.
