- 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, calls on weekoff - Salary: They do not give salary to any of the employees. (They proudly say, "We share the compensation structure, but we never said that you would get your salary") - Because of work hours, you don't get time to apply elsewhere. - They don't even pay/refund to their partners and customers, who call and harass employees. Since the employee is given the responsibility to handle partners, it drives you mentally insane. - They would never give you experience letter. - 2008 established, (so called) company, has 5-6 employees including CEO - Rest you can imagine.

1) Working hours -usually work completes in 3-5 hours rest of time for chatting and you tube streaming,but if you work or not but you should stay for 12 hours.. 2) For Holidays they will share an holidays list but does not give holidays has mentioned ,You should apply a month before ,even though applied the priority is given to people who applied first. 3)you should be in time before ,but you should not go with in time.. 4)They will mention bonus in bond but they doesn't provide it. 5)Lot of Politics takes place. 6)The CEO blindly believes the people who acted before him.He does not check the employee work status .He is Pyshco.. 7)The Employees does not co-operate each other because the HR is not active.
