      Pros

      Rapidly growing company with lots of opportunity. Motivated, committed staff that are respected for their individual contributions. Excellent teamwork and company culture. Flexible lunch periods allow you to manage appointments without depleting PTO. Many educational and staff development opportunities are provided and encouraged. Proprietary software and in-house development team support the needs of the billing staff and clients.

      Cons

      Office is located near a congested traffic area. Must allow for plenty of time in commuting, particularly from Solano County.

      Pros

      Wonderful company with a lot of growth and employee appreciation. Staff is very engaging and easy to work with. The last Friday of every month we celebrate birthdays/work anniversary's. Flexible lunch & start time is another good benefit + benefits are great!

      Cons

      PTO/Sick Time/Vacation are all combined.

      Pros

      I’m a true believer that for many, SyMed is the best RCM firm out there. Opens unbelievable opportunities and fosters incredible professional growth while still retaining its small business, personal feel.

      Cons

      All the normal ones for a company centered around revenue management from primarily health insurance companies, but being small means a shorter path to policy decision-makers regarding work-life balance issues.
