Premise could make for a good travel agency, but focus is on ego rather than customers or employees
Extremely innovative and forward thinking, always looking for ways to do things better. The leadership team involve the wider team in decision making and there's a really great team feel. There are plenty of team activities, from Friday beers to weekends away in the summer. I experienced a lot of growth and career progression.
Cons
It's very busy and the hours can be difficult to maintain. The leadership team can expect too much from people on occasion.
