Pros

Started of well, but from 1 year, there is nothing good happening. No good thing to talk about. If someone wants to join this company please check, they don't have any paying customers, only demo customers.

Cons

Founders are always quarreling. They get into fights every day for the same thing. All senior people left. It is a sales driven company. No time to build a product or research. New demos keep coming and we don't have people to do. Founders are not interested in hiring, we have told many times. People are tired, CEO keeps taking projects we can't do. Old projects are never completed. CEO keeps asking for updates every 5 minutes. CEO keeps promising US projects, Europe projects but they never come. Hikes are always delayed by 3-4 months. They keep avoiding it. They don't care for employees. Last month, he said salaries will be delayed, please take care of your EMIs on the last day of March.

Leadership style perceived as highly centralized and resistant to feedback. Limited openness to perspectives from experienced functional heads. Lack of transparency in strategic decision-making. Decisions often appear disconnected from operational realities. Cultural shift toward control over collaboration. Restricted growth opportunities at senior levels.
