Other than the fact that working here lead me to exhaustion mentally and to my future job, I cannot possibly find another pro reason.
Cons
Worst job ever! Bad payment, no forward thinking, rigidity,no teamwork, bad office vibes. Do not recommend at all.

Pros
I acquired some skills that proved to be useful in a certain field, but nothing more, it was a truly dissatisfying and disappointing experience.
Cons
Too many overtime hours (unpaid!), no lunch breaks, no respect for the employees, the company's so-called values apply just to clients, there was no work-life balance, just work. More than this, the management used to manipulate everyone in order to divide the employees.
