I really enjoy the work environment. Everyone treats each other like family, which is a change of pace in comparison to other places I have worked. Nice benefit package: BCBS IL, Dental, Vision, 401k, Vacation/Sick Time, etc.

Communication between each department needs improvement, but otherwise, nothing I can think of.
Company continues to grow, adding people and adding machines to support the dental and medical markets. Great way of helping people while you contribute to this company.

Fast growth sometimes creates opportunities but also bring fast change. Being flexible and open to change is key to success in this medium sized company. Lots of overtime.
