I really enjoy the work environment. Everyone treats each other like family, which is a change of pace in comparison to other places I have worked. Nice benefit package: BCBS IL, Dental, Vision, 401k, Vacation/Sick Time, etc.

Communication between each department needs improvement, but otherwise, nothing I can think of.

Consistent busy work, can work plenty of over time. Friendly coworkers and management.

Need more structure on managing work flow and maintenance on machines.
