Pros

-company images well presented than actual -is a good job reference as landlord -able to try the EQ boundaries

Cons

-extremly high turnover rate, please think twice before job application -heavy workload leads to long working hours -40% of team headcount maintained vacant for long time -continuously work under pressure, good chance to train up EQ and work efficiency. -no duty team and on call for 24*7 and during annual leave -no chance to have OT pay for OT works, except for extreme weather duty -senior and management grade usually comment on tasks by subjective approach without reasonable or convicing judgement -subjective manager cover or ignore mistakeS/ delay of taskS made from staffs they like and divert the responsibilities to innocent colleague instead of solving problems -subjective management -unfriendly HR experience through exit procedure and cannot made anonymous feedback for questionnaire, hr would approach you for "reviewing" the unsatisfactory items filled in questionnaire.

Pros

1. Good benefits and salary 2. Fast pace and people are energetic 3. Good environment to help you acquire managerial and communication skills

Cons

1. The department head is prone to emotional outbursts, and if she has a negative opinion of you, she may unjustly blame you for any issues that arise. This can even lead to the department head changing her position in order to assign blame to you. 2. Despite the abundance of ad-hoc tasks, the department head may fail to recognize your contributions. Instead, she may assume that you have nothing to do and request that your managers assign more tasks to you. 3. The department head has a tendency to blame others for problems, and may even create imaginary issues in meetings in order to assign blame. Interfering with this behavior may cause her to become angry. 4. Meetings frequently run late, and a one-hour meeting may extend to three hours. One contributing factor to this issue is outlined in point three. 5. The department head is generally not well-liked by external parties such as internal clients, vendors, and other departments, which means that requests from your department often receive low priority. 6. Despite being a technical department, the department head may display favoritism towards non-technical team members when it comes to promotions and career development.
