Pros
Swiftworks provided great opportunities for professional growth and made great use of my ideas. The company provided me with adequate training so that I may be able to do the job well. The upper management believed in my capabilities and I was able to develop a variety of programs as improvement initiatives.
Cons
The salary in on the lower scale for a leadership position. Takes away certain employee benefits (allowances, etc.) as punitive measures. Office politics tend to get in the way of implementing various productivity and quality improvement projects.
