      Pros

      Time off is good, I have never been asked to change my time off from what I requested.

      Cons

      There are things that are not right here, they are only looking out for the benefit of the company and will run over employees to say themselves 3 cents on taxes. There were some surprise "benefits" at the end of the year. This was the gas that I expense for company work, the rental car for company work, the rental house while out of the country, and the utilities at the shared rental property. This company pushes company expenses to their employees as if it's a benefit. this has dramatically changed everyone's tax situation by thousands of dollars.

      Mostly competent coworkers Some access to cool program work

      Cons

      Erratic management decisions, rule by fear. No tolerance for any negative feedback. Little to no growth potential for most roles. Questionable business practices in my opinion.

      Good pay and benefits. Work pace doesn't seem to be an issue.

      Cons

      Many if not most of the composite technicians seem pretty slow and lazy. They tend to be very individualistic. There are cliques, a number of lazy techs, and a few back stabbers and bus drivers.
