      Pros

      Great atmosphere and people. Incredible group of employees, and some of the most dedicated and hard working I've ever worked with. The owners are great and care about their employees. We're in a competitive industry and doubt many can compare to the effort we put in to our clients.

      Cons

      Company is growing, and while there is a great core group, we are working really hard trying to keep up with increased business and a recent technology upgrade, with new hires. It's been a lot of extra work for everyone and it's hard not to get a little grumpy here and there.

      Pros

      I have been working here for under a year but love it! Love the energy, the people and the direction the company is going! Up, up, up! I see a bright future here for me and the other dedicated employees that are working here.

      Cons

      The company has some improvements to be made with salary and benefits but with the changes they have made since I joined the company have been amazing.

SwervePoint made several enhancements to our benefit programs; this year, we have added a company match provision to our 401(k) plan and it has been very successful and rewarding to our employees. We will continue to make changes to fit the needs of the employees and the business.!

      Pros

      SwervePoint really helped me grow as a sales professional my manager was incredibly sweet and understanding that there is a life outside of work! The people here are incredible and so supportive. The culture is awesome and so important to the company!

      Cons

      Some people can be really negative, but you need to learn to shy away from those people. It happens everywhere!
