Swann lacks effective top leadership

There are still a few good prople working there, but the vast majority of the quality talent have quit in the past one to two years.

Cons

1) The parent company Infinova has lost over 65% of its stock value since 1/1/24 with a -57% profit margin. 2) Revolving door of long-term team members in the past year. 3) Lack of innovation in products. No advanced 5GHz and 6GHz Wi-Fi security solutions & lack of Face Recognition in battery-powered cameras and more. 4) Last year, the company laid-off two team members over 60 years old who were well respected and accomplished, one having been at Swann for 16 years.
