Old guard forced out, TDP/CDP program has ruined the company by forcing out seasoned employees to be replaced by these kids who have no clue how to work with people.. "Respect for the individual" no longer applies. Inflection point management means tag someone to fire. "No layoff policy" is complete and utter falsehood. Upper management allowing for people to be set up for failure so they can fire. Middle management all think they are next VP.Make themselves look good by saying"look who I fired". Place has seriously become a joke and do not deserve the Top 100 places to work. Associates actually laugh at this now! HR totaly useless.

There is no room to progress..its like they wanna keep the rich rich and the poor poor. They say one thing and will do another. They pretend to be a company about the people until u get in the door, then youll be running to get back out... the only good reviews from people on here are those people who work in the office, or the ones who make a living being grown tattle tells.. the pay is little and now the benefits even suck. Its stressful and your a nameless faceless employee.. i use to love coming to work and now its completely different.. everybody quit ,people got tired of getting the run around with these unreachable promotions.. soon ill be out the door also, this place has totally went downhill.. also the title says it all if your not of white decent you might not even wanna give this place a thought.. unless you want white management and supervisors recommending you get 2nd jobs cause there not promoting you
