Pay Structure is very poor, location is odd, system and policies are exhaustively old which do not fit the best with today's life. 95% of the time goes into taking approvals from Japs and senior people which is life consuming. You start your day at Suzuki and ends your day at Suzuki in only being in uniforms, coming before 8.30 and learn to leave when the people are already home. In fact your life ends here. No individual growth, no grooming, learning is very slow. They hire you to teach their documents processes not about the work related to the profile. It's highly toxic environment to work. No support and no cooperation from the management. HR people misguide you and Finance people don't clear your expenses.

Need to travel 100km(to and fro).you need to spend daily 3 hours in traveling only. Salary structure is also not good.even suppliers are pay good salary than SMG staff. You have to work like japanese slaves you are not authorised to take any decision. Very less exposure to learning. Poor HR policies. No salary structure. No growth. 20% is the resignation rate of staff (then think about company) Even though production is at peak level also no good salary to employees. No any others benefits to employees For parents health insurance you need to pay. Only lies by HR persons during joining.
