      Pros

      Broadway has a great team; they are supportive and a joy to work with. The company ethos is very genuine; they look after their employees and suppliers. The customers are generally all very nice and work doesn't feel like work at all!

      Cons

      The products are too gorgeous. High risk of spending your entire wage packet on redecorating your house.

      Great place to work with a great team! Flexible work balance. Appreciated and recognised when necessary. Room to grow with the business. Good opportunities to work with others throughout the company and take on tasks that aren't the normal day to day. Keen to implement changes that will improve processes/systems.

      Cons

      Communication is always key, it is hard to balance the 'need to know' information without bombarding everyone.
