Run for the hills

Pros

Lots of educational opportunities to learn about breast cancer; The operations staff doing the actual work are passionate about the cause; HR was always an organization that pushed to improve things for employees.

Cons

Management, management, management. From the top down, it's some of the worst I've seen. The only solutions I saw implemented in an attempt to address their financial demise were focused on layoff's and cutbacks. There was no real innovation by senior leadership to change the company's course. And when they failed, they bailed after collecting their paycheck for 1-2 years. IT management was horrendous. They would take away benefits from employees for using sick time. They put into place rules for communication that required the employee to respond within 15 minutes or else their flex time (work from home) benefit would be taken away. Some IT managers were reported to HR for this behavior.

Quickly declining moral

Pros

Remote work, benefits are okay, selective colleagues are helpful.

Cons

It may look great on your resume but not worth the toxicity, bullying, gossip, isolation, finger pointing, favoritism and more. Read the reviews, they are honest reviews from many that have experienced the same treatment. Cannot wait to find employment elsewhere to leave this place. HR team is nonexistent, lacks training, very low pay. They try really hard to low ball compensation to the point its insulting.

horrible leadership

Pros

Worked with some really nice people, pay was okay. Lots of flexibility within schedule. Ability to sometimes work from home.

Cons

Leadership sucks! They lack diversity. They had a diversity and inclusion initiative, but it never went anywhere. They show favoritism to some and treat others like trash. I’ve also experienced and witnessed incidents of racism and when mentioned to supervisors, no one batted an eye.
