The place is understaffed thus there is way too much work. You are given a pile of paperwork to get through each day and are expected to finish it regardless of how many problems or unexpected situations you may incur. Thus there is regular unpaid overtime and little quality due to people trying to get their work done on time. The systems are outdated as are the processes. You are treated like a child. The place has a fear culture whereby people are too scared to give their real opinion on anything. I was shocked by this.

A consistent blame culture matched with very little recognition make SuperPartners the poorest employer in the financial sector. Within SuperPartners there is no focus on excellence, creativity or collaboration. It's an excellent place to work if you like to 'point the finger' and highlight problems without providing any positive feedback. Some managers have also publicly scrutinized team members in unprofessional manors. Mulitple and often conflicting agendas are not managed by the senior leadership team creating a negative environment. Contractors are also classed as second class citizens.
