      A great brand, with some great people.

      Some terrible management. Losing some great people because management are ignoring feedback.

      Good place to work but low pay

      Pros

      Good atmosphere mostly. Good Discount at 50% uncapped. Sample shop at Head Office. Only Fashion place in Cotswolds really.

      Cons

      Low pay and can be some in fighting between departments. Higher ups are often respected more and more juniors are not acknowledged for hard work

      Was a great company before listed. After that they kicked at least half of the people out of the company
