Cons
Lack of longterm leadership structure. Managers overseeing departments they aren't necessarily well versed in as a result of large staff growth and new departments without the management staff to handle it all. CEO was scatterbrained. No path for growth.
Awful managers who don't know what they're doing, pay is terrible, no chance at growth or raise, "unlimited PTO" but if you ask for time off it's looked down upon
