Pros

Nice people just like any place

Cons

This is sales of Direct TV while standing at a Costco. Very Low pay + commission. Just call it what it is and stop wasting peoples time who are looking for a real job. You advertise your employment with so many mixed and fancy words it can be very misleading. Look, its simple: Wanted, Sales people for Direct TV. See how simple that is. If you would only advertise like that you would not have such a huge turn around and you would not need to have friends post so many 'good things' on this reviews.

Thank you for your feedback! I think there might have been a miscommunication. We are a one stop shop marketing firm that has multiple positions available. This includes sales, management and administration. If you were uncomfortable working with one of our clients, which we are transparent about the entire time during the 1st and 2nd round interview process, then requesting a transfer to a different campaign or a different department may have been an option. At SunWire we have an open door policy with our manager who is extremely easy to get ahold of. Not only that but we have a base + bonus structure that averages to about 40k - 50k annually. We aren't sure where the low pay comment is coming from... In any case we wish you the best of luck on your journey. Feel free to reach out to wread@sunwiregroup.com for any clarifications, concerns, or questions.

Pros

None, literally none. Unless you want to try to sign people up for TV services inside costco.

Cons

SunWire is looking for account executives, advertising interns, marketing coordinators, sales/marketing managers, brand marketing specialist, marketing coordinator interns, and the list goes on and on… However all these titles actually mean that you’re going to stand in Costco and try to sign people up for AT&T. Total joke, and the “CEO” is purposely vague and holds a multi-interview process which wasted my time. I was told they were looking for an advertisement position and drove 15 minutes, twice, for two 10 minute long interviews which covered nothing about advertising. They try to tell you “you’ll make $700-$900 a week” but it is actually a position that relies on commission. However if you enjoy trying to get Costco customers to sign up for AT&T Uverse, this is the place for you. Not sure who goes to Costco to purchase a television package.

Dear Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. As fas as positions, we do have a number of positions available and we do cross train within our various different departments. We understand that this can be a source of confusion, we apologize for that. We represent large prestigious clients, which is not something negative or a joke, but something to be proud of. As far as pay, every position has a guaranteed base salary or hourly pay plus bonuses, we don't have any 10-99 or strict commission roles. Additionally, we are not looking for people that are interested in basic sales long term, we are seeking employees that are looking for long term career opportunities. Thank you for you feedback.

Pros

The ceo is super nice he really does a good job at getting the hype across. But that’s about it. People are super nice.

Cons

I applied to be a salary manager. They bsd me with you first have to do the training like everybody else to make sure you know what your sales people will do. Since I already had a manager position at another job. It’s bs. You’re in the entry level of the pyramid that’s it. It’s a scam. Then when you hit the number they want you to move up they use a criteria you have to hit to be in the next level of training(pyramid scheme) until you become a manager an open your own shop. Yes you can make money. If you don’t have a job and need quick money go here you might sell a dying product like direct tv for a couple weeks or so but they will pay you 10$h or commissions. Make sure you can afford the fuel and don’t mind long hours. Cause there’s allot of standing at a Costco and driving all over Phoenix for this. otherwise it’s a scam. Do not. Leave your job for this job.

Dear Reviewer, I'm sorry are you saying that having clear cut qualifications to hit a promotion make us a pyramid scheme? Typically having clear cut qualifications to hit a promotion is a good thing, it avoids confusion and gives employees clear cut goals; however we will definitely look into this further if this is a consistent complaint. Every position has a guaranteed base salary or hourly pay plus bonuses. This is not just a sales position we are really looking for employees interested in growth and advancement beyond a basic sales role. We will definitely look into making sure we are more transparent. Thank you for your feedback.
