While very knowledgeable about the technologies and installations, the founder and CEO is a terrible business manager who flip flops between zero management attention and passive aggressive micro-management. More importantly new information is being revealed which paints a disturbing picture of his verbal and occasionally physical abuse of former female employees.

The work environment is not safe for women, or anyone really. Upper management turns a blind eye to documented abuse. The CEO himself is one of the most verbally abusive people I have ever met. Numerous people have quit because of the company culture and toxic environment which leads to high turnover and a chaotic workplace. DO NOT WORK HERE. Additionally, the pay is way way below industry standards. Installers do the hardest work and only make $14/hour. It’s a joke.
