      Worst ever company

      Pros

      no any positive point, if you are kind and dedicated to your work then they treat you like animal.

      Cons

      *No value of the employee and his family, if anything miss-happened in his family in this case leaves also not sanctioned, you are forced to work and give business to them also if you met accident and not able to come office and you have already resigned this company, in this case also HR don't take any initiative. So worst company I have seen my life.

      If you are unemployed or instead of begging for food in streets, you may consider to work with this company.

      Cons

      1. Cheap Salary(from rs8500 to rs 10000 max) (graphic designers) 2. Unfriendly Atmosphere 3. Policies are meant for employer's benefits 4. They will deduct you salary if you will late for 5 mins 5. They give only 1 leave per month 6. No bonus on DIwali 7. They also make you work on 15th August List is so big that i can even write all of them. please guys do not waste your life in Suntec. Please have some patience for a while and you will get a good job.

      Fraud Company - Run by Nepotism

      Pros

      Company is run by all family members. Full nepotism. They have Lala type mentality. Nothing good here.

      Cons

      Company is near a wine shop (theka). Every morning you will see empty beer cans or bottles on stairs. Management is pathetic. All family members are in management position and treat staff badly. Cut salary for no reason. Give coffee only 2 times morning and evening, that's it. Never join this fraud company.
