      Pros

      The team at Sun Point is friendly, welcoming, and great to work with. The company organizes events where everyone can get together, which is a nice perk. Like any growing organization, there’s always room to improve, but the team is open to feedback and works to make things better for everyone. I’ve always found people here helpful and willing to listen when something needs attention.

      Cons

      Office space is a bit tight right sometimes, so you might not get your own office right away until things are reorganized and a new schedule is set. It’s probably because the company is growing, but the owner is proactive about renting more space and making sure everyone feels comfortable. Plus, there’s an office decorating budget, which helps make up for the wait.
