      Pros

      They have a well stocked & service employee cafeteria

      Cons

      Will not be considered for promotion if you do not have a degree, experience does not matter. If you are a woman you are challenged more. They go through staffing agencies and those employees might be employed but more than likely not. They try to avoid paying benefits as long as they can. High turnover

      Pros

      The people, in general, are good people doing their best. There is a sense of change- can be exciting place to work at times. Ownership is highly encouraged. Flexible with Covid.

      Cons

      Sun-Maid has bitten off more than they can chew. Prioritization is challenging for Upper Management, who is trying to do everything to achieve unrealistic, lofty expectations. Lack of trust for employees- constantly needing to defend & justify which takes time away from doing our job. Despite great growth, there is a sense of things are never good enough. Makes it hard to feel valued and appreciated.

      Monday-Friday, Sat. Is mostly optional OT. Benefits are not the best, but they're there.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low side, management can be horrible depending on dept. One of the AM maintenance managers has made it his mission to find reason to write people up that are outside of his dept. for some reason.
