      Pros

      It's a successful fast growing company. Lots of opportunity for progression. Flexible working.

      Cons

      It is a mostly young inexperienced immature team. I do not recommend it for those seeking a company that values diversity and inclusion.

      Pros

      Summize is an innovate start-up, competing against the big boys and winning! One key to that success is the innovation within the product which keeps the platform ahead of the curve on market demand. The second key is the people and culture. Everyone at the company shares the same vision and willingness to go the extra mile. Great team collaborations and autonomy for people to bring in new ideas that will transform the future of the business. Ultimately a great team ethos. Additional benefits include shares in the company, lunch clubs, and a brand new city centre office in Manchester to mention just a few!

      Cons

      With most start-ups, things are incredibly fast paced and ever changing which isn’t for everyone. If you are looking for a job where you are simply a passenger and just collect your paycheck at the end of each money this may not be for you.

      Pros

      Fast-paced company where innovation is present in a clear and processed way. The company really knows what they're doing and really knows their vision. They take care of their employees and the perks are pretty decent.

      Cons

      They require you to work in the office quite a lot (4 days a week), but the offices are nice and you get free breakfast.
