Pros

Great benefits Great location Above average pay and bonus structure Very Relaxed dress Employee Fitness area Many great people who want to do the right thing

Cons

Can often be very unprofessional environment- interaction with senior management often result in insults and personal attacks, vulgarity Impulsive decision-making followed by more impulsive decision-making- makes it like Groundhog Day. Many activities center around drinking which if you don't drink, can make it difficult to fit in. Firm seems to lack long-term plans and direction Difficult to get input from senior management Ego from the "one percent" is out of control Company seems to turnover employees very rapidly Client acquisition has slowed dramatically in recent years which should make you concerned for long term sustainability.

Pros

Great Pay structure. Laxed environment. Good work life balance

Cons

Company is operated by an Executive Board of men who have no problem discriminating against African Americans. The company is compiled of roughly 74 employees of which only 8 are African American. If you want to fit in you have to have a limited vocabulary that includes profanity, be a white man, drink heavily. The upper level executives have no issues with terminating the employment of those who need their job most like a woman who is 5 months pregnant and African American.

Pros

Benefits, Perks It is a good company to start after college to get work experience, but than move on if you want to grow in your career. Good people in the organization to work with and very casual work environment.

Cons

There is zero learning or growth potential with this company. Compensation is low when considering your work expectations. Pay increases are low and zero promotional advancements. Bonus is below average.
