I have been employed at Summit Imaging for 3 1/2 years and the experience has been truly amazing. It is definitely a company where you are encouraged to succeed, and Upper Management gives their employees all the support necessary to advance within the organization.

Cons

None at all. Benefits, perks, promotions, and compensation are excellent!

What a great culture to promote self growth. We are given the opportunity to grow in our career as well as plenty of time off (weekends, holidays). Compensation has been very fair with timely pay increases and benefits. All in all, a fun place to come to every morning. Our incentive programs are better than anywhere else I've seen, they take good care of us here.

Cons

Work starts at 7:30 A.M.........not a complaint about the company per se, I"m just not a morning person. Nothing else to say here unless we can eliminate some of the 405 traffic in the afternoon.
