Toxic work environment, nepotism & discrimination that is pushed under the rug. Mergers & aquisitions nightmare. Poor patient care, time alloted for appointments, etc. Corporate made bad money decisions so they took away 401k, benefits are trash, can’t get an appointment to see any of the doctors. For profit, so squeezing out profit at EVERY turn.

False Promises & No work life balance

The company was great to work for under the original regime but ever since the takeover of CityMD, it has gone down the drain.

Cons

People you report to are not out for your best interest and don't really care about what you have to say. Lots of false promises are made to you about training and etc. No work-life balance along with no proper training. They set you up to fail.

being harassed by fellow coworker having your privacy violated at work being bullied by doctors and fellow coworkers having to work in a hostile work environment working with people who think they are better than you having to other people's job and not get paid getting written up if you make one mistake you are not allowed to make any mistakes 3 strikes and your out. no room for growth
