Working at Summit Group Solutions has been a great experience from the start. I started as a Recruiter without prior experience and there was definitely a steep learning curve. I received excellent training and received continual feedback regarding what I was doing well and what I could improve on. Cons
Not much! Work life balance is the closest to a "con", but it is more the employees deciding to work extra hours rather than management expecting them to. To clarify, Summit Group does not push employees to work extra hours. Part of the compensation is commission based, so it is natural for employees to work beyond normal business hours occassionally.
