Pros

As the FSD you have a lot of autonomy, so if you like to set goals for/challenge yourself and see what you can do with an operation that is fully under your (and mostly only your) supervision, it is fun

Cons

In my experience, I didn't receive thorough training for my position. Middle management seems to be overworked as well, having a boss that is spread too thin means you have to fend for yourself in uncharted territories with little to no guidance sometimes, but still are nonetheless responsible for anything that may go wrong. IMO doesn't outweigh how fun it can be

Pros

Decent pay and great coaching and leadership from my former supervisor.

Cons

My former District Manager was treated very badly by senior management, resulting in his unplanned resignation, after years of dedicated service. He was a very caring and professional leader who was experiencing personal issues, but senior management failed to provide him with the support he needed, so he resigned. I have spoken to several of my peers, and they recognized the same lack of caring for our former boss. Since his departure, our team has struggled with uncaring and disengaged replacement managers.

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

No support. No days off. Promises not kept. Wage disparity. Only cares about the weekly inventory, the numbers, and if you are wearing your company issued shoes for crews.
