Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you have felt supported with training during your time at Summit. The hours for our transportation and field technicians can vary depending on the project they are assigned, the time of the year and the weather. Some projects require night work, which can be challenging for some employees. There can be a lot of overtime from late spring to early fall and fewer hours available during winter. Hours can also be affected by weather. As to pay, we review a lot of data from salary surveys to benchmark our pay within the industry. Based on the most recent pay increases provided 92% of our positions are within or above range based on our salary study information. Additionally, we have been fortunate to provide bonuses for the last 8 years and have a competitive benefits package. I encourage you to contact your manager or HR to discuss any of your concerns.
