Regarding health insurance, we’d like to note that we offer two different plans to provide flexibility for our employees. Our plan design has been consistent for over three years, and our core plan remains competitive within the industry based on benchmarking data. Additionally, participants in the core plan benefit from contributions into a Health Savings Account, which we’re proud to offer. On the topic of pay, employees are eligible for salary adjustments at least annually, and we regularly benchmark our salaries to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
