Pros
Hybrid work 2 times per week in the office. Payment schedules are bi-weekly without delay. Some extra benefits.
Cons
No promotions or salary increase regularly (Yearly increase below inflation). No clear program or path to grow within the company. No defined career track. Increase workloads without an increase in compensation. No politics applies to base workers, only those with the best relationship with managers (Nepotism).
