You will most likely be tutoring students K-6. A lot of these students are behind in their grades reading level and at times it will be difficult meeting weekly goals in improving their skills. If you are committed in their success, then this won't be a problem.
Commuting was sometimes difficult, but they compensated for gas.
The training was long (7+ hours), but necessary for you to understand your duties.
Initially trying to get a hold of parents and arranging for sessions. Once they know you, it gets much easier.
Communication between lead tutors and management was sometimes off, but nothing too serious.
Not much room for growth.
