- you get paid similar to any services - appraisals are better than so called brand services companies - vast pool of technologies - some really good (technically sound ) seniors - opportunity to work on emerging technologies - getring work from home is not a challenge
Cons
- appreciations, awards are often given to one who show offs - Mere honest & committed work outputs won't give you anything you will have to gel up and speak more about contributions to top tier to get recognised. (May sound similar to other big organisation problem) - being on bench is risk, get on boarded ASAP

Very nice working atmosphere with helpful people around. Every team member supports each other in testing. They allow suggestions even from juniors. Workload is fair most of the time, and weekends are mostly off.

C level executive has interest in Men. Take advantage of people and work. Then build scenarios to either kick them out or ask them to self leave the organisation after his taste is over in that employee. Multiple examples same circus. BE WARE OF HIM

Technical growth is quite good. You get to work with AI and latest tools. Lots of ways to learn with skill training. People are nice and understanding. Health insurance, paid holidays and parental leave are available. Very nice job with flexible schedule and perks.

Managers are accessible and considerate. Leadership communicates directly with everyone to share feedback and strategies. You get to work with good clients and the team is quick to support when daily issues come up. People are reliable and trustworthy. Any concerns you share are normally taken seriously and resolved, even if it takes a little time.
Cons
Work priorities can shift depending on project needs. It can be unpredictable sometimes, but it also gives you ownership.

Nice variety of projects and clients. I got to work on different modules and learn things beyond my core area. There is proper training provided before getting to work. It covers a wide range of functions so you get proper knowledge. Environment is positive and people are great to collaborate with. Hybrid working is very convenient.

Some tasks are complex and demand more time .
