Pros

Well paid, Good staff. Benefits are good with PTO for all employees and benefits through marriott as well.

Cons

Marriott's PMS system is not great, and they are in the process of switching it over to a new one that they have not properly trained any staff on.

Pros

The hotel benefits are about the only benefits to working for this company.

Cons

Even if like in my case the restaurant you work in cares about you, it is hard for the managers to implement changes because the ivory tower does not listen to their employees concerns. They are known to make rash decisions that negatively impact the business and they will blame the lower staff for business not going well. They are also known and have "laid off" complete staffs without notice to even the managers.
